exercising, working out like a man would, and even trusting in
"miracle" diet and exercise programs to get their abs built up. It is
important to recognize that none of the above are true, that in fact they are

When it come to female abs,
there are usually a lot of excuses and programs that women will go through to
get the six pack abs they have always wanted. These involve only dieting, only
exercising, working out like a man would, and even trusting in
"miracle" diet and exercise programs to get their abs built up. It is
important to recognize that none of the above are true, that in fact they are
female abs myths that need to be debunked if women are to gain their six pack
abs.
One common myth about female
six pack abs is that it only takes exercise to build them. For this reason,
women kill themselves with crunches and other "lower ab exercises"
and complain and/or quit when they don't see results. In fact it takes special
exercises and a healthy diet to burn the fat off the midsection so that muscle
can show through to the outside.
Exercise can't do it all,
that much we now know. Alternatively, other women believe that for female abs
building they only have to eat little or less than they already do.
Unfortunately, this is also a common myth. Starving the body does not naturally
aid in muscle gain, and it takes a nice high protein and fiber diet ALONG WITH
plenty of cardio and strength training to build female abs.
Another myth that is
commonly heard among women is that because they are women they cannot build
muscle the way men can and therefore will never get their perfect female abs.
As with the others, this too is a myth. The only difference in men and women as
far as muscle build is that men build larger muscles because of their body
compositions. Women can still build abs, but just not as large ones as men.
Finally, a myth that female
abs often get exposed to is that things like diet pills and miracle exercise
machines work for giving women abs without as much effort. This too is just not
true. In fact, whenever there is talk of a "miracle" or
"effortless" programs or machines you should run the other way. Hard
work is a given if you are to build female abs that look great and will stay
that way. Diet pills are not only ineffective, but can even be dangerous to the
woman using them by draining them of essential nutrients or aiding in unhealthy
weight loss.
